We project that approximately $4.5 million annually will be available to during this two-year grants cycle (FY2018-FY2020).
Grant investments will support health and human service programs in four priority areas: Aging, Housing & Homelessness, Safety-Net Health & Nutrition, and Cradle to Career – including both Early Childhood & School-Age Youth. Eligible applicants include the following tax-exempt entities: 501(c)(3)s, programs applying via a fiscal agent, governmental entities, school district, and other educational institutions.
The Program Operations Grants process includes two phases:
- The Request for Information (RFI) is the first step in the process to understand the financial solvency, governance practices and organizational capacity of applicants.
- The Request for Proposal (RFP) application will be made available to applicants who meet the minimum eligibility to apply based on RFI findings.
